Worked good, fixed the problem. 18" pipe wrench made removing the old cylinder easy.

Had an atypical setup with unique outer sleeve. Tech support walked me through the options. Settled on the best piston, removed it and swapped it for the broken one and tossed the new sleeve. Very happy!

I was a bit uncertain which lift cylinder would work for my chair. I talked to customer service representative Ms. Rader, and she said if I could take some pictures of my chair and parts and email to her, she would be able to direct me to the right part. I did that, and she emailed me back her recommendation. I received the part, the installation was easy, and it fits & works perfectly!

The parts I purchased from "Chairpartsdonline" have converted my fine expensive broken office chair from a piece to be in a junk pile to a once again fine piece of furniture at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the quality and cost and service from this company.

Easy Replacement with the right tools. Cheaper than buying a new chair which I was gonna do. I will probably be buying more to fix other chairs that just need casters and arm rests.
