    This arrived very quickly (two days). Installation was simple and straightforward; actually much faster to install than to remove the old one. (In my case the bracket had to be removed from the chair so that the old gas lift could be driven out using a punch and rubber mallet). The chair is operational again, and ready for another twenty years' use. Saved big bucks compared to having to buy a new one.

    Great customer service in inquiring about chair defect and ordering the part. The part was there within 48 hours and installed using online videos. Old part was difficult to get out but once replaced chair worked great!

    Ordering was simple, shipping free, and arrival quick. The part fit great, but installation was a bear, through no fault of the part. Various on-line videos made it look easy, but the old gas cylinder was wedged in very, very tightly. Believe them when they say use a pipe wrench. An adjustable wrench, even a large one, would not get it to budge. All’s well that ends well. If I need other
    chair parts (and I may as there are three more adjustable office chairs in the house), I will definitely use this company.

    The hydraulic unit was ordered on the weekend and I had delivery Monday or Tuesday. Product appears to be well made but I could not remove the old one from the seat base so I was unable to use the new one.

    It's hard not to love this product and this company. The company website provided tools so that I could figure out exactly which gas cylinder I needed for my office chair. The cylinder I ordered was very reasonably priced and arrived within a few days, shipped for free. I popped it into my chair, and it works perfectly. It doesn't get much better than that.
