11. Technical Replacement

    Had an atypical setup with unique outer sleeve. Tech support walked me through the options. Settled on the best piston, removed it and swapped it for the broken one and tossed the new sleeve. Very happy!

    I was a bit uncertain which lift cylinder would work for my chair. I talked to customer service representative Ms. Rader, and she said if I could take some pictures of my chair and parts and email to her, she would be able to direct me to the right part. I did that, and she emailed me back her recommendation. I received the part, the installation was easy, and it fits & works perfectly!

    The parts I purchased from "Chairpartsdonline" have converted my fine expensive broken office chair from a piece to be in a junk pile to a once again fine piece of furniture at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the quality and cost and service from this company.

    Easy Replacement with the right tools. Cheaper than buying a new chair which I was gonna do. I will probably be buying more to fix other chairs that just need casters and arm rests.

    Customer service representative helped me select and order the right part. Got the new gas lift in the mail. I removed the old one and installed the new one. My chair works like new!

19. Replacement Worked as Advertised

    I talked to a customer rep. He asked me for a few measurements. Shipping was FREE. Got the part in 2 days via USPS. Part fit exactly and works like a charm. Only problem was removing old cylinder from top bracket. Supposed to come out easily but mine had some material like Lok-Tite around it. Took some pounding but eventually came out without damaging the bracket holding it. Highly recommend. Talk to the customer rep to get the right size cylinder.

    took from box and put into the seat than on to the base. The travel worked great.
