    Time will tell how good the product is but service was excellent! Rep helped me order correct part, arrived on time, installed easily per directions. What else can you ask for? Good job!

    I am so impressed with the apparent high quality of this product and with the quick delivery. Unfortunately, I have to return it because, apparently, my chair isn't "standard." If another of our chairs loses its oomph, however, I will definitely order from you again.

15. Short Office Chair Gas Lift Cylinder

    Needed to replace the old tech mechanism on my favorite chair and decided to use the short lift because it would not make my chair too high. Purchased a chairpartsonline heavy duty mechanism and it went together quite well. I
    wish I could get a short spindle lift part but you don't offer it.
    Great experience with chairpartsonline.

    My new desk chair failed after two months and the retailer couldn't get a response from the manufacturer. I really liked the looks of the chair and contacted chairpartsonline.com to see if they could help. They asked for measurements and photos. Within a couple of business days I had the parts I needed to make the chair functional again. Very grateful to chairpartsonline.com.
