   I recommend calling these folks - very helpful! Explained my dilemma, sent some photos, and they identified just the part I needed to resurrect an old favorite office chair. They gave me step-by-step how to do the repair, and now It should now last me several more years. Very grateful!

   Ignore what's on e-Bay, inferior products! This place carries high-quality products. I purchased this and a base and my office chair problems disappeared. The chair was so bad, Amazon refunded my money and said "keep the chair." I contacted the US distributor of the chair and they sent me a new piston and base, both garbage. This is also a short piston. It is perfect height if you want to get a chair with arms under a desk. Works perfect!

   Well, a chair lift cylinder should last for years, so it could be a very long time before I can tell if the product is up to snuff, but the service and support were second to none. I originally placed an order for the wrong part and Paul resolved my issue professionally and expertly!
   Charipartsonline.com were super easy to work with and the product arrived before I expected it.
   I will definitely shop with them again!
