    The original arms worked for a few years, but one broke at the seat mounts, both connections. The other arm was starting to crack at one seat mount. The replacements fit perfectly, and were easy to install. It's essentially less expensive to buy the pair instead of one, since the other arm was breaking. Thank you.

    The armrests were delivered sooner than the estimated delivery date and the product fit my office chair perfectly.

    I bought this to replace my broken arms on a chairworks ltd chair that I had purchased from a furniture store. After begging the furniture store and chairworks to sell me replacement arms as well as asking for referrals to anywhere else that would sell them and being repeatedly told no, I finally figured I'd give these third party arms a shot. They ended up fitting perfectly, and I can now use my chair again.
