Parts that fit!

My twenty year old high back office chair is like new again! The original left arm broke, making it unusable. I ordered two new arms from chair parts. The new arms were here in about four days and fit perfectly. They were easy to install and now I’m using my chair again.

perfect replacement

I was concerned that the diagram showed the chair back holes as 3 inch, but the measurement center to center on my old arms was a bit more than that (3.25?) . All other measurements on the diagram were exact. But the arms that came were a perfect replacement. Delivery was very fast despite using UPS for the main journey and handing off to USPS for the final delivery. I can definitely recommend Chair Parts Online.

Perfect Replacement Loop Armrests

Ordered a pair of S3676 armrests to replace a broken armrest on an old office chair. I was initially concerned about the fit because the listing showed 3" spacing between the chair back mounting holes. Mine measured 3⅛". Sent an email to customer service about this and Pete replied that the spacing on the armrest was actually 3⅛" (80mm). So, the armrests ended up being a perfect fit. Installation was straight forward and took less than 10 minutes. These are sturdy armrests for a fraction of the cost of a new chair.

These armrests were a perfect match for my office chair. The very detailed drawing of the product with all of the measurements was very helpful in making sure I purchased the right product. Like I said, perfect match. Product arrived exactly when promised. Couldn’t be happier.

Pair of Loop Armrests ordered on 5/19/22 and delivered on 5/21/22. Took less than 30 minutes to remove old armrests and install both new armrests. Perfect fit. Chair is like new, again. Sure beats buying a new chair.

Ordered Loop Armrest Pair S3676 on 5/19/22and received them on 05/21-22. Took about 10 minutes to remove the old arm rests and install the new ones. Chair is like new, again. Sure beat buying a new chair. I won't hesitate to use chairpartsonline.com in the future for my other office chair parts needs.

I used this to replace a broken armrest on a Staples brand Vance Fabric Manager's Chair that I originally bought in 2017. It isn't an exact replacement - there is now a gap between the seat back and the back rest where as before they were flush - but it was certainly cheaper than an entire new chair. I will also note that I am a fairly large person and these accommodate my 330lb self fairly well.

Chair has new life

I have an office chair from a big box store that had a broken arm rest. The chair was perfectly fine except for the broken arm so I was delighted to find parts available from chairpartsonline. Shipping was fast and the arms fit fine. My old chair is back at my desk again.
