    Arrived in good condition and worked great for my needs. Bought this to replace hardware that came with my new chair. It was in good condition but it didn't have the tension knob, and I really wanted that functionality.

    This worked! Couldn't be happier. The installation took 5 minutes. Although removal of the original broken mechanism was hard. I am so happy to have my chair back in working order!

    Simple, easy, and most important, my chair is fixed! It was hard taking off the original piece, but once I did installing this new replacement part took 5 minutes. My office chair works and sits like new! Couldn't be happier.

    Quality part and reasonable price. Customer service was great. I wasn’t sure which mechanism I should buy. They were very helpful.
    The mechanism on my old chair had broke. I was going to throw it out until I saw how much a new chair cost. The chair is now good as new.

    Chair Parts Online was the only company that had an unusual size tilt mechanism for my old desk chair - and it was a perfect fit.
