1. new tilt lock capability

   I have a LazyBoy office chair from the early 2000s that does not include a tilt lock. This is a perfect replacement.

   This was a size of tilter that I was having a very difficult time finding. Having the product as well as very fast shipping made this a very excellent purchase.

   I have an older desk office chair (25 years old) that I really like and is in great shape. The gas cylinder went bad and so I was looking to replace the gas cylinder. Long story short, I could not remove the old gas cylinder from the original chair tilt mechanism, so I began to search for a new tilt mechanism that would fit on this very old chair.....search everywhere and finally came across chairparts...they has the perfect part for my old chair! Chair works like its brand new! I also have to say that ordering was easy....I don't have paypal but the charming lady took my order over the phone. She was extremely nice and helpful! Part shipped immediately and actually arrived a day earlier than expected. The lady told me that if the part didn't work they would take returns with no charge! Fortunately this part worked perfect for me. Overall my experience with this company and the lady who took my order was fantastic! It's not always easy to find exceptional customer service like this anymore! Great job Chairparts! Keep up the good work

7. Saved my favorite chair

   I was unable to remove the broken lift cylinder from the chair tilt mechanism. I ended up destroying it.
   Luckily I was able to find the exact part I needed and saved the day.
   Price was fair ordering and shipping were a snap.

   This chair tilt mechanism fits the chair perfectly. It arrived very quickly and was about $5 less expensive than on Amazon.

    Arrived in good condition and worked great for my needs. Bought this to replace hardware that came with my new chair. It was in good condition but it didn't have the tension knob, and I really wanted that functionality.
