   This item was fairly priced, arrived in a timely manner, was in new, working condition and everything appears to be as advertised. I am very satisfied.

   Years ago I replaced the swivel on two barstools. The bearings had worn out and made the chairs wobbly. The replacements weren’t wobbly but we’re very stiff. I thought they would “wear in” and move more easily, but that never happened. I found these online, ordered and installed them with no problems and am delighted with the smooth operation and the self-return feature. The parts came quickly and I’m a satisfied customer.

   I had an eighteen year old Nichols & Stone counter height swivel chair. The swivel was made with an auto-centering, 100 degree ccw/cw and a 3 degree tilt. The swivel that I purchased was described exactly except that it was slightly larger. When I got the swivel, it fit like an exact replacement. Within 15 minutes my chair was back to like new condition, except for 18 years of gentle wear.

   I retired from retail furniture in 2007. These swivel mechanisms are high quality and easy to install, plus were delivered quickly!

   The swivel was delivered very quickly and with free shipping. It takes two people to put it on but it was the right part for the right job. I would purchase from chairpartsonline again.

   Ordered 3 of them as the old ones on our kitchen stools were "leaking" pulverized ground metal (worn out bearings/track) that smeared the tile floor like graphite. These were moderately priced and delivered on time. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was due to my frustration that all 8 bolt holes are slotted. Whereas my old swivels had threaded holes on the bottom. Needed a trip to hardware store for nuts and lock washers. This made assembly a bit more difficult for fat fingers.

   the packaging was excellent and the shipping was very quick. My husband did have a hard time replacing them. He is 76, so that might have had a play in the hard part. Had his brother come over to help and he is 74. It still took a long time to get them on. BUT now they turn so nice and are so quite and with the spring back feature our grand kids can't spin on them. YAH!

    We ordered one to see if it would work on our old counter chairs. Came yesterday, husband put it on and it work perfect. Now we will order the other two we need.
