11. Work great

    There smooth when moved. Return to center properly.
    Bought 4 so far happy. Little bit of a challenge to mount. My stool didn't have enough clearance for the bolt top. had to get longer screw for where the fastened to the seat and screwed nuts on the bolt for a spacer. I see other people had trouble hold the swivel when mounting when you mount them one side just go threw the slotted hole to tighten it.

    Easy to use website, provides the specific data you need to make a decision on what swivel you need. Placed the order, three days later I have the parts. Took 15 minutes to install swivels on both chairs...good for probably another 10 years and those are outside years. Best company to work with.

13. Fixed and Ready to Go

    Customer service here is A+++ Called to get advice about what I needed to fix my bar stool. I not only got the correct base , after getting advice, but I called back about installation.Peter suggested 3 ways to solve the problem I had. I followed his advice and my problem with the stool was solved. I now have a quality part and superb mechanical operation. A fantastic, knowledgeable company with cordial, patient, and helpful employees.

    I received what I ordered (S4760 flat) but I thought I was ordering the S4938 (tilted) which needed two years ago for another chair. I did not realize the error until I reassembled the chair and noticed there was no tilt. They are both of good quality.

    Quality products. Purchased a set of 5 wheels for an office chair. Website allowed for a perfect match. Swivels are well built and sturdy. Used on 4 Kitchen stool chairs that are in perfect condition except for the swivels that were abused over time. Replacement was easy and chairs are like new. New swivels saved me from replacing 4 nice chairs. Website has pictures of all products along with enough textual descriptions and labeled dimensions so you can select an exact match to replace parts. Before replacing a chair, consider replacing broken parts, it will save you $$$$.

    Going off the measurements provided on the web site I was able to accurately measure the replacement swivels. Fit like a charm with the slight modification of the center bolt stood a little proud of the plate, which they did indicate in the product description so it wasn't a surprise.
