1. The correct part for what I needed

   At the time I first contacted Chairpartsonline, they did not have the part I needed in stock. But the rep gave me some helpful information and told me when they would have the part. When the part was in stock he let me know, I ordered the part, it arrived quickly and was easily installed.

2. It took some time to replacement the gas Lift cylinder.

   Easy to replace, instructions were clear. Popped it and it works perfectly. Got myself an Equa 1 that works like new.

   The shop manager/owner (not sure exactly) took time to give me insight and what to look for in order to ensure I purchased the right product.
   I ordered the part and it came within 3 business days. I installed it this weekend and that went very smooth. 15 minutes. My Herman Miller office chair is up and running for another 30 years.
