21. Excellent Customer Service

    I was able to repair a chair my son broke with better parts so it should last a very long time. Leslie responded almost immediately to every question I had and was so helpful. The parts I needed arrived very quickly. Highly recommended. :)

    I needed to make an adjustment to my piston before I could install it into the part. My hydraulics piston had a ring around one end to hold it on to the previous chair. After I removed that it fit perfectly and in now in service as a home office chair.

    Very pleased with my purchases, exceptional customer service and support. I was able to purchase the parts I required to repair my chairs. Most importantly, I received support - what I needed, how to remove the existing parts and how to install the replacement parts.

    So I did a ton of research on the chair part I needed to service my office chair, I was under the impression after doing measurements that this particulate product would help my chair tilt. I ordered this product and wasn't initially sure when this would get to me or a timeline in which it would ship. However, when I emailed customer service they were very quick to get back with me.
    
    Unfortunately, this tilt mechanism was too big for the chair I'm upgrading so Ill have to return it. But I really appreciate all of the customer services to get this product to e as soon as possible. I will definitely purchase another product from here and recommend it to others.

    This product is a perfect fit and I received it in double quick time. The diagram provided allowed me to check that the mechanism was the same size and that the mounting holes would line up.
    It seems to me that there has also been some design improvements over the original part. The old part was a nightmare to remove.

    I'm glad I found Chair Parts Online. It kept me from having to toss my office chair in the landfill and the replacement part is better than the original.

30. Equal or Better than OEM from Office Depot

    Easy to install; same bolts and hole locations. Good Finish and fuction. Delivered in two days and then great follow-up advice on detaching old gas cylinder.... was absolutely locked in place and supplied replacement gas bottle better than OEM with same speedy shipment and reasonable price.
