    Initially I received the wrong part, but mistakes happen and customer service shipped a new one immediately after bringing it to their attention. The correct part matched all the specs of the part that was being replaced. Good parts and great customer service!

    It seems that most things I purchase online do not meet the "as advertised" criteria ... something is not right or some other problem.
    
    I ordered this from chairpartsonline after a failed attempt via Amazon for an advertised product that was nowhere near what was advertised - completely different size.
    
    This product met the specs, arrived sooner than expected, was easy to install ... so what else can you ask for?

    First... Pete was a GREAT help on what I needed to repair my office chair.
    Turns out that I needed a bearing set as we for the cylinder as well as the new tilt mechanism. Both worked and the chair is like new once again

16. Fit my office depot chair like a charm

    I put in a request for a spare part with squaretrade (bought from office depot) for the tilting bit for my chair. They, for whatever reason, don't have access to the spare parts for their own products and offered me a full refund.
    
    After a bit of searching around, I found this site and this part WITH SPECIFICATIONS! Cool, a few measurements later and I found this to be an exact for for my chair with a bonus being that it has a few more degrees of tilt over the stock mechanism. 3 days later, the bit went from Michigan to North Carolina and I'm sitting upon it now.
    
    For the record, the brand was "Realspace" and the model was "Keera" if anyone runs into the same problem as myself.

    We needed a replacement tilt mechanism for an expensive desk chair. I found chair parts online and ordered it on a Friday. It was shipped on Monday and delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Super fast. Thank you for the terrific service!
