61. Great Parts for a Lot Less!

    Our chair manufacturer went out of business and I was searching how to find the gas lift cylinder to salvage the chair. Your site offered the perfect part (THANKS to your awesome customer service who suggested this particular part!) and for a lot less than the manufacturer sold it to us a few years ago.

    My office leather task chair and needed the lift cylinder replaced (2nd time). It is an older discontinued chair in good shape and worth repairing. I ordered a replacement and it arrived in 4 days. The technician (Wendy) was incredibly helpful and made sure the replacement part would fit, and it did perfectly and the chair lives on.

    as a replacement, it is a little taller but that is ok.

    Spoke to Wendy on Friday March 6th. She was extremely helpful with helping me measure and select the proper gas lift cylinder to raise the desk chair to the needed height. It arrived on Tuesday, March 10th. I had a much harder time removing to old one than I expected but the new one fit perfectly and raised the seat height to the exact height needed. Couldn't ask for more!

    I'm pretty tall and my Aeron didn't come up far enough to support my legs. I replaced the original gas cylinder with this and things are now great.

    My old gas cylinder was almost halfway into the chair base due to the base being all plastic, making the chair too low ever since I got it. Finally got a new metal base and this new gas cylinder. The cylinder sits into the base as it should, now I'm sitting high without a pillow. Don't worry between 4" or 5" since the height is adjustable. Parts on this site are quality.
