    My experience with Chair Parts On Line was great from my first call to the delivery of the part. The agent was very helpful in making sure I ordered the correct size part,
    gas cylinder for chair to a timely delivery. I have noted this company for future needs.

    My mother couldn't reach the computer because her old gas cylinder was stuck on the lowest setting. I watched the video which made it look easy to change. I ordered it, and it works like new.
    
    I have a word of caution. It was much harder to separate the old chair from its gas cylinder. I ended up having one person hold the chair up on the metal railing of her walkway while I banged on it with a 10 pound weight. The rubber mallet was worthless. When it broke free the weight smashed my fingers between the weight and the metal legs. It hurt so bad I had to come back the next day to put the new parts together, which were simple. It seems like there should be a tool to make removing the old one easier.

    Item received extremely fast , fits and works just as good as original did when new. Cheaper option to buying a new chair.

    Staff were very helpful in having me measure the gas lift cylinder on my chair and to get the right one ordered. Saves a lot of money by not having to replace the chair.

    When I got the part it didn't look like it was going to work but I put the chair back together and it works great. Looking to fix another chair .
