   I have an office chair that’s mature but still in good shape. The manufacturer stopped making it years ago. Unfortunately the gas shock has seen better days. Chairpartsonline were able to find the correct replacement. I applaud their phone support as well as their website. They even have instructional videos for replacing the part. I highly recommend them!!

   In a phone call seeking help in repairing a large office chair where I could not raise or lower the seat, I spoke to Leslie. She did a fantastic job in determining the problem and ordering the correct replacement part. She had me send her a picture of the bottom of the cylinder to ensure it was the right replacement part. She also sent me YouTube video on how to replace it at home.

   I have an office chair that works well for me, and I love the support that this chair has but the lift cylinder stops working. I looked at buying a new chair but none what I wanted for the price. So for less than 40.00 I got to keep the chair I loved.
