    Had no problems. The person I talked to knew exactly what I needed and I received the product with in 3 days with out a hassle. I highly recommend this company for office chair parts. no instructions - online video easy install removing old part was the hardest but it work out great like new

17. Cylinder replacement for office chair

    The part is perfect. Toughest issue with replacement was removing the old part from the chair. The online video's were quite helpful as no written instructions were included in the box. Chair works great! Thanks.

    This part showed up at my door step very quickly. It took 10 minutes to install and it works perfect. Replacing the cylinder was much cheaper than replacing a chair.

20. An actual gas cylinder replacement!

    While it was hard to remove the old cylinder, we were finally able to do so. The new cylinder popped in easily and I was able to use my chair immediately. I am so grateful to have my chair working again. Thank you for your good and prompt service.
