1. 3.75 inch cylinder.

   chairpartsonline had a cylinder that fit my chair. 3.75 inches versus the more standard 2 inch ones. The salesperson on the phone was very helpful.

3. non-standard gas cylinder

   Needed a smaller than standard diameter gas cylinder for a table chair. This one fits the bill perfectly. It is a smaller diameter than the two inch standard and chairpartsonline has the part ready to ship. Great service and almost immediate receipt. second time I've ordered and wasn't disappointed either time.

5. Chair lifter fit perfectly

   We inherited an office chair that had a smaller than normal chair lifter that went bad. None of the "universal" lifters fit, they were too big. I had almost given up hope when a supplier suggested I try chairpartsonline. The sales staff was helpful and even though the part was currently on backorder they took the order and within six months shipped it to me. Now the chair is back to good as new

9. Replaced unit that was absolutely stuck in broken telt mechanism

   Tilt mechanism weld broke from gas bottle fitment to base and chair wobbled. Office Depot advised their warranty source and they redirected me to chairpartsonline. Bought tilt mechanism and then came back for the gas bottle. Reassembled chair and have been comfortable for a week. Extremely helpful advice from C/S and quick 2nd day shipping.

    Fit the chair perfect. Wasn't sure what to expect ordering without a part number . Good price for a repair instead of buying a new chair
