Once you've determined what base size you'd like, choose nylon or cast aluminum. While in some cases casters may be reusable, we recommend replacing casters when the base is replaced to ensure the longevity of your chair:

Our Made in the USA nylon bases are highly rated. If you'd like to beef up your base, our cast aluminum bases are available in brushed, polished, and black. These cast parts have no welds (common break points) and solid, fully-integrated metal caster sockets for ultimate longevity.
