    Easy to install, much better quality than the original that came on stool.. which were probably Chinese.

    I ordered four of these, they were here in record time. They fit fairly good, had to drill two new holes in all the chairs but that’s not bad seeing the chairs are about twenty years old. I will recommend Chair Parts in Line to my friends.

    Fast shipping, ordered on Saturday and received on Tuesday, and very high quality part. The chair swivel received was much more heavy duty than the original part that failed. This is the second time I have used them and highly recommend them for great service and quality parts.

20. Quite stiff at first!

    This thing was really stiff at first! Had I not called your customer service department where I was told that you had to put your weight on it to loosen it up first, I would have sent it back! I really have no problem with your product, but it came with no information at all! My application was extra difficult because there is only a small hole (about 1") on the bottom piece to reach through with a screwdriver to attach the top (seat portion), meaning the top had to be turned for each screw and perfectly aligned. It was definitely a two person job, but we got it done and am happy that I didn't have to trash an otherwise nice wooden stool. The gal in customer service gave good advice and was most helpful! Thanks!
