    I was pleased with the quality of the swivel replacements. They are very heavy, fit my stools perfectly, and are very quiet.

    I purchased S4695. Fit perfectly, really heavy duty compared to original, easy to install. Shipping was great, arrived in 2-3 days. Bought one to make sure it fit, then ordered two more. Very happy with product! Online order got hung up in ‘processing’ stage so had to call to complete it; left message & customer service called back within 15 mins.

    I don’t know about other companies swivels, but this was a replacement for a guitar stool. The original that this replaced, was falling short and pieces were falling apart. This part is truly heavy duty. Way more bearings and seems stronger. My only issue if i were to pick is rough edges and unpainted. These are only issues because i didn’t want to paint it. To be fair, the part had a warning label about sharp edges and the paint makes sense because why would you paint them and have to stock 600 more models based on color..? Again, what do I know, but it’s my opinion. I would and will but again. Way better than the original. USA MADE. Shipping was very quick.
