41. Better Than Original

    Delivery was prompt. The Unit protrudes thru the bottom about 1/2" more than my original (from Staples) but it's also taller - the range is still more than fine. The heavy-duty bit is for real. The product is noticeably better in terms of both appearance and function. I'm glad I didn't get the cheapest thing I could find.

    Have used this item 2 times and ordered a third. OEM parts do not last and this is a great fix for a favorite chair.
    HD and right height.

    Second time I purchased a replacement cylinder for my office chair. Part is perfect replacement and keeps my chair out of the dump.

    Quick delivery, works as advertised. Customer service rep who answered when I called was very helpful, troubleshooting the dimensional differences in my part and the one online, identifying a solution and sending me the parts that worked with the instructions needed to make them work. Perfect transaction.

    I am very satisfied with my purchase. The cylinder we ordered is much heavier duty and better than the one that came with the office chair. This is the second replacement - the first one was sent from the supplier but is was not near as heavy duty as this one. From the time I placed my order and we received our product was less than 3 days. Had our office been open the first time delivery was attempted we would have had our order the very next day. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

    Not sure why so many cylinders come with chairs that make the chair sit so low to the floor. This cylinder puts the chair at the correct height and has the support that is needed for a guy of my weight. I weigh 350 lbs and this cylinder is not sinking at all. I hope to never have to revisit this review! Thank you for a great product. I honestly think this is the only cylinder that works as Heavy Duty. Do not bother with any of the Amazon ones. They are all normal chair cylinders.
