31. Replacement cylinder

    I replaced the cylinder on my 15+ year old office chair. I had a challenging time removing the old cylinder from the chair. I also had to go buy a heavier duty pipe wrench than the one I had. My advice to others is to use WD-40 and then let it soak for a few hours before using the wrench. Once the original part was out, the new one slipped into place easily. The chair is as good as new now

    This was my first time ordering from chairpartsonline.com and my experience could not have been better. The part arrived in record time. I had to contact customer service a couple of times due to having a difficult time removing the old gas cylinder and returning my original purchase for being the wrong size. Calls were returned quickly, handled professionally and with concern for my needs. Every person I talked to was very helpful and friendly. This is how a company should be run. They are great!

    The chair lift is way better than the original, and the hacked-together fix that I got elsewhere when the original wore out. Very quick delivery. A pleasure to do business with a company that has what you need, shows you what to do, and does what it says it will do.

    Received cylinder today and installed it without any problems. Fit was good and most importantly it raised the height of the office chair like I wanted.
