   This replacement part works great. I guessed that it would be the correct fit for my chair and it allowed me to increase the height of my chair. I tried to call for technical advice twice but no one answered. I'm happy with the product and would buy it again

   This cylinder works great, it's a bit longer than my previous gas cylinder which is great because now I'm more comfortable sitting at the lowest level

   The cylinders that come with the new chairs are poor quality. The replacement HD ones are excellent, and we are yet to have any failures. Good quality product.

   I have a 27 year old Global Granada chair that is still in great shape. The Teknion OEM cylinder would have cost me about $99 plus shipping. The S6111-HD model is slightly shorter at tapered bottom but works perfectly. I'm so happy I saved my favorite chair.

8. Renewed Chair with the HD 5" travel

   Went with the HD model for my chair. Great videos on how to remove, took abit to get the old one out, but following the videos went as shown. with a drop in fit
   i now have full hight adjustment.

9. Heavy Duty Office Chair Gas Lift Cylinder - 5" Travel

   I originally bought the standard version gas lift cylinder. I started having issues with it and called to report I wasn't happy with it. They warranty replaced it with the Heavier Duty version at no cost. I installed it and have no more problems. Great product and great support after the sale. Would definitely order from them again.     very good product, fit well. however, one was found elsewhere which was closer in size to the original.
