    The chair is 20 years old and only needed a replacement shock. Very high quality chair to begin with and now like new with a new shock.

    The failed gas cylinder was easy to remove/replace. The star washer was a bit tricky to get in but did pop in place snugly. The new gas cylinder works perfectly. My Wife's 20+ year old office chair has been given an extended life.

    The part arrived on time and was the correct one. The retaining clip was difficult to install and there were no instructions included. Other than that the chair is back to normal at a reasonable price. The free shopping was appreciated.

    It just WORKS!!!
    Carefully researched & selected piston product to my chair; spoke to a lovely lady to take my order; watched helpful 'install video'....received product, gathered tools....voila...done in 8 minutes and it works PERFECTLY!!
    Carefully preserved & re-used 'existing' parts from chair, did not need all parts that were included w/new unit, but glad they were there. Very Happy. Thank You!
