1. Second time shopper, same excellent service

   Like the last time, I needed a part for my home office, and needed it NOW. They had a simple to use catalog, fast shipping, good pricing. The cylinder fit exactly, was of a better quality than the original part the chair came with.

   I had a very expensive office chair that just didn't raise high enough for my needs. I priced new chairs and thought, there must be somehow to raise this chair. In my online research, I discovered chairpartsonline.com and learned how simple, and inexpensive, it would be to just swap out the cylinder. I took the measurement that the site showed me how to do, watch the installation video, and then ordered the part with confidence. The part arrived quickly, well packed, and was simple to install using the online video provided. The chair now has new life and is so much better for use at my desk. I ordered a cylinder with considerably more range of height adjustment than I had, and it truly made a world of difference.

   I purchased the heavy duty 8 inch extension gas cylinder for my Serta chair. It is especial well constructed with excellent quality . I strongly recommend it.

6. Made my Aeron the right height!

   Despite being a size C, my Aeron chair was too low, this made it tall, in fact so tall I can actually make my feet not touch the ground, but it's still low enough for me.

   Replaced Bar height cylinders with more comfortable Counter height cylinders for Counter height dinning table. With Petes technical help I purchased the right size and fit for my application. They worked wonderfully. Oh be sure to take off “CAP” covering the cylinder’s “Button” before installing each seat.

8. My chair doesn't sink anymore

   The part was easy to find using the measuring guide. Removing old parts was much harder than what the video showed, but we got it. Now my chair doesn't sink at all! I wish there were a cylinder recycling program.

   Chair Parts online was really great to work with. Their parts are reasonably priced and they are easy installed and they have instructions online. Some of our parts were a struggle to get off, but the new parts went on easily.
