21. Swivel Chair Gas cylinder

    Part was of high quality and service support via phone was outstanding. Took me about 5 minutes to install along with video support, and the chair now works perfectly. I was about to throw away a $900 chair until I learned that I could replace the parts. Written instructions were also superb. Conversation with Peter on decision to buy the right part was right on the mark. Thanks to Chair Parts for your support.

22. Fantastic Customer Service

    This company provides great customer service and quick delivery. The product was well packaged and was just what I expected. Communication with Alyssa (Customer Service Rep.) via email was wonderful. Alyssa's service was outstanding! She was very helpful to ensure I was ordering the correct product.
