1. Excellent Replacements

   These casters were a nearly exact replacement for the worn out casters on my 17-year-old Aeron chair, and they saved me from having to buy a new chair. Shipping was super quick as well.

   After I couldn't find replacement casters at the store where I bought my chair, I did an online search and found chairpartsonline. I'm so glad I did. I found what I wanted, called customer service to confirm I chose the right casters, and I got them in two days! Plus the price was awesome and the shipping free! Even my mail carrier was impressed with the fast service. I'm spreading the word....

   I have a 10 year Aeron chair and these casters raised it and made it roll better, just what I wanted

   I just installed them. It was easy, and they seem to work well on carpet. I called the company back after receiving them in just 2 days. I thought that was great.

9. Larger Chair Casters

   I had to replace a broken caster so I figured, what the heck, I'll go bigger. Great choice, it made a huge improvement on how my chair rolls over carpet. I'm very happy.

10. Replace casters that were too small

    The five new casters (3 inch) raised my chair enough to eliminate the dragging problem with the center shaft.
    New casters are well made . The shipping was very prompt.
