    Arrived really fast. It is an exact replacement and I installed it easily. Good value - well worth fixing a favorite chair. I'm back to rockin and rolling with my new swivel rocker.

14. Exact replacement for 12 yr old chair

    The installation is very easy and it was exactly the same part as the original. However, I hope that we do not have the same problem again with the part. The only reason we replaced the part is that after 10 years use the base started to deposit and oily graphite substance on my new white carpet. We have been living with plastic sheet under the chair for 2 years and decided to replace the base rather than the chair that still looks in perfect condition. I placed a plastic place mat under the chair just to be careful that there is not a repeat of the problem.
    Delivery was great. Placed the order late on a Thursday, shipped on Friday and received the part on Saturday.

18. Great Fix for my Squeaky Chair

    Quick and easy installation on my chair. This chair has been squeaky for years and is now almost completely noise free, at least no noises are coming from this unit!
    
    I reviewed it as 4-star since the front of the chair is now sitting a little titled back so the foot in front is now showing. This might change as the springs break-in, but will have to see.
    
    P.S. I have another on-order to preform the same fix on its twin in the same room.

    I received the item 2 days after I placed the order. It took no more than 15 minutes to remove the old base and screw on this new one.

    I ordered the replacement part for the chair and the order was filled quickly and efficiently. Received the part four days later and it was exactly what was advertised. Highly recommend this company!
