   I purchased a rocking swivel mechanism and unfortunately had a defect in the one I received but the staff at chairpartsonline took care of it and had a replacement to me in less than 2 days.
   The new part is so good. It’s well built and rotation is buttery smooth thanks to the many bearings.

4. Exact replacement for broken swivel rocker

   This is a Leggit and Platt 3320 product which is an exact replacement for the one that was broken on my Jessica Charles brand chair. In about 3 minutes, we removed the 4 screws on the original swivel rocker platform and replaced it with this one. Price was good and free shipping. It arrived quickly. The only issue is that one of the 5 legs was protruding from the box because it was not packed well.

   I needed a new base for an older swivel rocker. This one fits perfectly and works great! Very happy.

   Fit perfect and a newer design (ball bearings in full circle)! Old design had 6 bearings in a plastic race. It went on perfect.
   So good i ordered a second one for our other barrel chair.

   I was really pleased with the replacement legs. They fit perfectly and the holes lined up with what I had. I felt like a really good quality product especially for the cost.

   I inherited my grandma's chair, but really wanted a rocker and swivel chair. After covering it with beautiful new fabric and adding this base, it is my perfect chair!

   I had two comfortable, high-end club chairs, but they were missing a vital element....rocking and swiveling. This invention part, and a little carpentry, affordably fixed the situation. Perfect!

    Our chair has been broken for over a year and I had no idea I could order the part myself and fix the chair myself. The new base came quickly and fits perfectly.
    My only caveat, the new base did not come with hardware so I had to reuse the original screws (thankfully I still had them).
