   I ordered the 24" base with one wheel, to replace what was broken. It was a perfect fit. So happy.

   We purchased a replacement base and (5) new casters for an employees "favorite chair." The parts from chairpartsonline seem to be of equal or GREATER quality than the original. Customer service was extremely professional and helpful, and shipping was fast!

   Replacement base was a direct fit for my existing Staples chair. Saw a trick on You Tube to help remove base from the piston - spray WD-40 at joint and then bang on piston bottom and it will disassemble!

   This part was an exact replacement for our broken base. Fast service as it was delivered in like 2 days. Would recommend this site to anyone wanting to repair intead of buying new.

   The replacement chair base that I received was made of a strong plastic, the wheels from the old base mounted easily and are working well and installation was a breeze. Overall I am very pleased with the fast shipping and the product.

   I am very happy with the product. It is reasonably priced and seems quite durable. I especially like how the company responded to questions about it, and the speed with which it was delivered.

   Original chair base wouldn't allow us to completely slide it under the desk. the new one allows us to do that easily.
   took only a couple of minutes to make the switch.

9. My Favorite Chair Is Still In Use

   I've been using and repairing my favorite office chair for almost 20 years now. I was happy to find this part at a reasonable price to keep the streak going. I can only review on initial quality at this time, but it seems sturdy enough. Ask me again in 12 months time...

10. Inexpensive Fix

    This product saved me many dollars as a replacement for a part instead of buying a chair. Just what I needed at a reasonable price.
