   I am wholely satisfied with the product selection, the courteous and competency of sales rep Peter Holmquist, the pricing, speed of delivery. While the casters have been in use for only a week and it's to soon to evaluate the long-term durability of the product, I've been pleased to this point.
   
   So, keep up your business model. It seems to be working. Especially when there are alot of shysters operating out there today.

   Bought these casters to protect our nre vinyl flooring. Delivery was fast and they seem to be of high quality and look nice.

    We have had our kitchen set for many years and love the way it is sized and that the chairs have swivel and wheels. We decided to replace our kitchen floor and to help protect it decided to replace the casters on the chairs because they were rough and picked up a lot of dirt which would have been damaging to the new floor.
    Ordering was easy and arrived in plenty of time to install.
    After replacing the casters with the new casters we noticed a big difference in how easily the wheels rolled and are very satisfied with the product.
