   I was worried about ordering the wheel set and getting a cheap product. I was amazed, upon opening the package, of the appearance and overall quality of the wheels. Am planning to order several additional sets to finish replacing the rest of the chair set.

   One of my old chair casters suddenly broke. I found Chairpartsonline.com, read the measuring instructions, and ordered a set of new casters. Immediately, I was able to track the delivery of the package through USPS, and was notified via text message when the package was delivered to my mailbox only a few days later. I easily removed the old caster and pushed the new one in the same socket. It fit perfectly and the new caster looks identical to the old ones. I am happy to commend this company for their detailed instructions online, their easy to use ordering system, and USPS’s excellent package tracking system and quick delivery! Thank you! I would certainly use this company again!

   Chair casters are stylish and seem to work well from the other style casters I replaced which clogged with dog hair and would not roll well.

    I purchased this set of 5 to replace a single wheel.
    It was a perfect exchange, they fit and match just right, the shipping was a breeze, and I thoroughly appreciate the ease with which I was able to find, select, and process an order!
