Fit great, matched well

I bought 5 chairs from a thrift store. They previously had rollers but most had been removed. These matched perfectly and now all the chairs have rollers! Great!

Casters are great. The old ones were losing ball bearings.....we forgot how easy the chairs are supposed to roll. Perfect fit

Replacement casters

Similar casters had failed, ball bearings falling out of housing due to necks loosening, chairs no longer rolling.
So far these working great, rolling as expected and necks are solid. Easy to replace/install.

Ordered the wrong casters, but the return was easy and efficient. Ordered the right casters and had a bear of a time getting the old ones off. Couldn't figure out how to get the new ones on without a lot of pain. Ran a search on the site for instructions and got a video of how to do it...EASILY!!! This company, and its products, is awesome!

Exact Replacement, No Joking

One of my neighbors was throwing out his Stanley Furniture oak desk chair. The original casters were shot and the ball bearings were failing. So the chair was free. With this excellent product plus the plastic socket inserts, I was able to easily restore this chair to it's original glory! I used a rubber mallet to pound in the inserts, then the casters popped right in with a tamp on the legs once upright. BOOM! easy as that, y'all.

My chairs are like new again and rolling freely. I am so pleased I purchased these wheels and metal inserts. My chairs have more life now left in them.

I purchased a similar product from another vendor, but did not purchase the socket inserts. The wheels did not fit in the old inserts and had to be returned. Purchased the Ball Chair Caster along with the metal Socket Inserts from this site. Went together in 15 minutes. Very please with results and the wheel's performance. Note: buy the inserts with the wheels and save some $.

Don't Forget the Inserts!

The product arrived in a very timely manner. Inserts are an absolute necessity; don't rely on the old ones since they may not fit properly. Also, the insert has a circle with teeth designed to hold on to a wooden chair. I don't know how it could work on a metal one.
