Great replacement chair ball casters

I am always a little skeptical about ordering parts online. These fit perfectly, where very easy to install and I am so happy that we have our chair back in action..

The casters arrived in the delivery window expected. They fit and work fine. Wish the bearing assembly was a bit tighter though.

Needed casters for a chair that is moved frequently and these are perfect. They roll smoothly with very little effort, and look a little antique, which matches the look of the chair. I will be sending an order for another set soon.

Broke a caster for a very expensive Pottery Barn chair. Tried Calling PB but no luck as they don’t sell this part individually. Chair Parts Online was the only place that had the exact caster I needed. Perfect fit!

I am fortunate that I came across this company. I was ready to replace my $500 office chair because the wheels were losing the bearings and finally the wheel broke off. For $30 I replaced all the wheels and have a new chair. The service from the help desk was top notch.
