Great Help In Finding Replacement Caster's

After nearly a year searching online; off and on to no avail; I found Chairpartsonline. What is the best is you can call and speak to a real person to describe my caster replacement I was looking for to find the replacement...no ONE else could. I have a chair functional. Thanks so much.

These casters are the exact replacement for the broken down, old ones I replaced. The dimensions were exact and they work perfectly to make my antique desk chair roll the way it was designed.

The old casters were losing their ball bearings it was easy to pop the old off and press new on and the finish on new ones matched the old ones

Needed just one caster replacement for my pottery barn office Chair (the bearings had fallen out of 1 of 5 casters). I emailed Chair Parts with a photo of my broken caster. They responded right away. I chose to order 5 because the price was very good & I suspected future caster needs
